Shipping + Handling

 

JACKSON + GRACE is a bridal collection by & FOR LOVE. All orders placed on our website are sent from our studio in Toronto, Canada. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping.

SHIPPING 

- Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian and International orders 

- Extra rate of $150 CAD for express orders 

Please remember before placing your order that all our gowns have minimum lead time of 6 months. If your wedding is before then, please contact us. 

All orders are sent via either FEDEX, DHL or UPS and take 5-10 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on country. Please note we are not able to control any customs delays that could occur. You will be provided with insurance and a tracking number. 

All orders placed before 3pm EST time are processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

All orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs , duties or import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. ANDFORLOVE DESIGNS INC is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on all shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. ANDFORLOVE DESIGNS INC is not responsible for any unforeseen customs , duties or import taxes and does not cover these costs. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

DAMAGES: ANDFORLOVE DESIGNS INC is not responsible for any damages that occur during the shipment process. Any damages incurred during shipment must be dealt with at the Buyer’s own expense and with the shipment carrier directly. Once the garment has left our studio we do not accept any responsibility for it. If your order has been damaged during the shipment please contact the carrier directly. 

PACKAGING 

You will receive our signature Jackson + Grace Bridal Box and your gown wrapped in tissue paper. 

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. ANDFORLOVE DESIGNS INC is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

PROCESSING, LEAD TIMES AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed before 5pm EST time are processed the next business day. 

All gowns require a minimum 6 month lead time.  If your wedding is before the 6 month lead time, please contact us. 

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@jacksonandgracebridal.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and Holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:

- Algeria

- Indonesia

- Iran, Islamic Republic Of

- Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of (North Korea)

- Nepal

- Nigeria

- Pakistan

- Sudan

- Syria

Please note, we are also unable to ship to hotels, so please use a private address only.
